Office organization & team management Responsibility for the smooth organisation and management processes. Leadership and further development of an existing team in the office / interior service. Control efficient communication and work processes between departments. Close cooperation with management and management. Analysis, optimization and further development of internal processes and structures.

Control of goods and services Monitoring and control of goods supply for branches and business customers. Control of daily orders and coordination with production, purchasing and logistics. Analysis of sales figures, needs and key figures to ensure the availability of goods. Identification of overstocks, bottlenecks and optimization potentials. Support for assortment decisions based on economic indicators. Customer management & controlling Supporting existing business customers and processing of inquiries and offers. Creation of reports, forecasts and decision bases for management. Complaint management and service-oriented solution finding. Working with digitization and optimization projects. Support in developing existing business relationships.

Successfully completed business studies, studies in the field of management, economy, supply chain management or comparable degree programme. Professional experience in office organization, administration, controlling, sales services or similar commercial areas First leadership experience or experience in the technical management of teams Very good numerical understanding and safe handling of key figures, reports and analyses Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Communication strength, organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking Hands-on mentality and high sense of responsibility
