You take over the department's technical and commercial management and develop it further in the framework of the business and main departments. You are responsible for the management of your work equipment and the improvement of work equipment You are responsible for the development of staff in the department You are responsible for the future and future development of ac­tivities, the acquisition of new products and Information and communication technologies You support the ranges of products and sales in the case of ac­countable questions on products and services of the SV Life Insurance

You have completed a study of economic mathematics or a comparable mathematical course with good success. In addition to multiannual work experience in life assurance, you have ideally completed training on the topic (DAV) You understand development as an opportunity and demonstrate a high degree of self­employment, capacity for conversion, decision­making and a marked service and customer orientation You already have first management experience or have the ability to promote and demand employees A structured analytical procedure, such as admissibility and pragmatism, is one of your strengths at the relevant points.
