Tasks:

• Development and implementation of HSE policies, processes and measures to comply with legal and internal standards
• Implementation of risk assessments, risk analyses and audits
• Planning and implementation of action plans, training and workshops to promote a safety culture in the company
• Monitoring of HSE key figures and compiling regular reports
• Coordination and cooperation with authorities, external partners and internal departments

Profile:

• Studies in the field of safety management, environmental engineering, engineering or a comparable subject
• Professional experience in the field of occupational safety or process management necessary
• Knowledge in occupational safety laws, as well as experience in managing audits
• good knowledge in MS Office andQuentic, as well as sound knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards
• Communication strength and ability to sensitize employees at all levels for HSE topics
• very good knowledge of German and English
