(According to class B) Become part of our team and ensure reliable maintenance of our existing properties at the Halle (Saale) and surrounding area with your craft skills.

Own implementation of repair and maintenance work in our existing properties in Halle (Saale) performing typical craft work (e.g. painting, sanitary, simple electrical and repair work) Fast and professional removal of damage during operation Regular control of our buildings and detection and direct remedy of defects on site Preparation and implementation of housing transfers including renovation and repair work Support for modernisation and minor rebuilding measures Support and support of external craft companies on site Ensuring order, cleanliness and traffic safety in the objects

Craft training or similar practical experience (e.g. painter, sanitary, electric, carpenter, etc.) Class B licence required Ideally, first professional experience as a craftsman or master Experience in several works as well as pronounced craftsmanship Good technical understanding and a trained eye for defects and repair needs Independent, reliable and solution-oriented mode of operation Friendly and service-oriented appearance in dealing with tenants Own initiative, sense of responsibility and joy in varied craft activities
