WhereExcellenceWorks The Black Procurement (SBES) enables the supply of products and services to the companies of the Black Group. These include equipment, machinery and technical equipment, marketing services or modern IT equipment as well as office equipment. It defines the procurement process, negotiates services, prices and contracts, and supports projects that are implemented in the branches of the trading divisions, at the logistics and production sites as well as at the administrative sites. At the same time, it forms the interface to the suppliers of the companies of the Black Group.

In order to ensure efficient operational and strategic procurement, we define requirements regarding the tasks and structures of the (inter)national procurement departments. In addition, in cooperation with IT and administration, we develop key figures and reporting systems and, together with the countries, implement measures for targeted management of sustainable procurement activities. Consultation and implementation of data-based process optimizations and (part)projects Self-development, survey and visualization of KPI and reports in exchange with the controlling Independent implementation of market and supplier analyses and derivation and implementation of action strategies Development and implementation of concepts for the integration of sustainability aspects into the procurement strategy

Complete study of economics or a comparable qualification At least three years of relevant professional experience Very good knowledge of MS Office/Google applications, especially in Excel/Sheets and ideally Power Query and SAP R3/ S4 Experiences with BI Tool (e.g. PowerBI, Looker Studio, Strategy) Very good numerical understanding, as well as solution and customer orientation Independent, reliable and careful operation (Pro)Active driving and stopping the themes Very good communication skills in German and reliable English JOBV1_EN
