As part of our team, you are responsible for the operational safety of technical facilities for building safety and information technology in our service buildings. For this purpose, you will take the following tasks: Conducting and monitoring the execution of inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the equipment (e.g. elevator emergency, fire alarm systems, video surveillance) by own personnel or external service providers Support for construction project management and quality assurance measures Coordination, monitoring and documentation of fire safety regulations and accident prevention Advising users as the first point of contact for specialist questions The activity is linked to the perception of short, well-planned missions.

A completed vocational training in computer science, preferably in the field of IT system electronics or communication electronics Multiannual, detectable professional experience in the field of information technology building infrastructure and/or data network construction Knowledge of basic standards for building safety technology and building cabling (DIN VDE, MLAR, etc.) Ideally experience with building security technology, such as video surveillance systems, fire alarm and intrusion alarm systems In addition, you can convince with a pronounced, address-oriented communication competence and a structured, careful way of working.
