Your role: The occupational health department has the task of consulting the employees of the company on all issues of health protection. The implementation requires high medical and social competence, as well as intensive cooperation with all business areas. Their field of activity includes all areas and tasks under the Labour Safety Act and other statutory and professional regulations. In a team with a total of nine specialist doctors You are responsible for the general and occupational health care of the employees and for the implementation of the internal emergency care. In addition, we expect you to work in the context of occupational health management and operational integration management. Your tasks include consulting and support for employees in all issues of health protection and prevention, as well as interdisciplinary cooperation, including occupational safety, prevention and integration advice, human resources department, works council and occupational health insurance, as well as external. You support working groups and specialist bodies and carry out tasks under the Labour Security Act and DGUV V2 as well as other statutory and professional regulations. The general and occupational health care of the employees as well as participation in the internal emergency care system is just as relevant in everyday work as preventive health promotion, the implementation of innovative health management and travel medical advice. You are both familiar with the implementation of occupational health precautions, medical examinations and recruitment studies, as well as with measures for the reintegration of workers and the use of chronically ill and vulnerable persons at work. You work with medical, professional and social rehabilitation and examine specific questions. In addition, you evaluate performance, loadability and usability and contribute to the creation and evaluation of risk assessments. In addition, you conduct training of different types. The place is a temporary training centre in the field of occupational medicine for 3 years. The full training authorization of 3 years is available.
