Competent support of our customers (Sparkassen / Partners) and internal business areas Sales and service-oriented advice on our products, services and contract models Creation and economic evaluation of calculations, offers and contracts Support for external services and customer support in presentations, tenders and complex supply processes Qualified interface between external services, product management, controlling and other specialist areas Operational implementation and follow-up of sales and marketing measures (e.g. campaigns, appointment management, correspondence processing, back office processes) Active care and further development of existing customer relationships and support of new customers Participation in transnational project and working groups Support for product management in the context of product development and optimization processes

Ideally a commercial training or an economic study as well as basic knowledge of the structures of the Sparkassenorganisation Digital affinity and routined handling of modern communication and CRM systems Experience and knowledge in sales and service business and a secure judgment Safe handling of calculations, contracts and economic relationships Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation High levels of communication and coordination as well as safe occurrence to internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of the structures of the Sparkassen financial group is advantageous
