For our location in Rubenow, we are looking for a dedicated and powerful personality as a team leader (m/w/d) Quality Assurance & Testing. In this important key position, you bear the professional and disciplinary responsibility for your group and ensure that all internal processes, products and services meet the highest quality standards as well as strict legal and normative requirements. You are direct contact persons for quality issues, in particular on containers subject to authorisation, such as MOSAIK® and CASTOR®. You cooperate closely with authorities, experts and external partners.

Together strong Your duties

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the group including training, motivation and competence development of employees to comply with all quality standards Quality planning and budgeting by defining quality objectives, definitions based on legal requirements, implementation of budget and resource planning Process optimization and quality control by cross-border control of processes, correction of deviations and improvement of internal communication structures Error analysis with FMEA through practical implementation of the “Failure Mode and Effects Analysis” for systematic detection and elimination of error sources Testing and quality control by means of target-actual comparisons, production controls, regular sampling and development of solution approaches to process improvement Special responsibility for containers such as MOSAIK® and CASTOR® for testing, documentation, release and compliance with all legal and normative requirements Authorisation and audit management through participation in internal and external quality checks with national authorities, experts, power plant operators and contractors Standards and complete documentation to ensure technical measures, preparation of task descriptions and careful logging of all internal processes

Your profile

Complete university studies in the field of electrical engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical and scientific discipline Professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in an industrial, regulated or safety-sensitive environment (e.g. power plant construction, container construction or nuclear engineering) leadership competence or strong motivation to take responsibility for the professional and disciplinary management of a team Knowledge of common quality management methods (e.g. FMEA, auditing, process analysis) as well as the handling of technical standards and regulations Structured, targeted and precise functioning combined with high sense of responsibility Communication strength, enforcement capacity and negotiation skills in handling authorities, examiners and internal interfaces Safe handling of MS Office and modern documentation and QS systems
