Your tasks:

• Check applications: You will look at the incoming requests and see if everything is complete and correct.
• Data Champion: The information from the applications will reliably land in our database.
• Contact professional: If anything is unclear, you can grab the phone or get in the buttons and explain it directly with our sales partners: inside or inside.
• Contract Master: You scan the full contracts, archive them properly and guide them on.

What we offer you:

• Flexible times: Approximately 20 hours per week, distributed over 3–4 days. When exactly? Somewhere between 08:30 and 17:00 we find something fitting together.
• Long-term perspective: The location is new and long-term – a takeover after 6–12 months is fixed in the plan.
• Top position: Our office is located in the middle of the city and is easily accessible by the Öffis. Nope. But hey, exercise is healthy!)

Who we are looking for: You are organized, communicative, and you like to work concentrated? Perfect! You'll also bring:

• experience in a commercial area (training or job).
• Very good German in word and font – mistake-free emails are fun!
• A friendly appearance because smile is contagious.
• Good skills in Outlook and Excel.
• The will to do things reliably without constantly being looked over the shoulder.
