In the Human Resources department at our location in Düsseldorf or in Hamburg, you have the pleasure to introduce your expertise and strengthen our team: Alignment and implementation of reporting requirements during corporate migration to Ayvens further development of a targeted HR reporting with the intention to derive recommendations for action Analysis, review and optimization of existing control processes and monthly personnel reporting for the management and implementation of a holistic HR controller Coordination and HR-side support of personnel cost planning processes as well as RTD budget planning and analysis during the year, including the development of targeted action recommendations and corrective measures Monitoring and responsibility of the RTD and personnel costs budget to ensure the financial objectives Support in the creation of various business cases and costing of HR-related costs Implementation of the HR controls defined by the company and monitoring compliance with those controls Implementation of data analysis and creation of dashboards to visualize HR data Cooperation with various departments to ensure that HR reporting requirements are met Development and implementation of KPIs for measuring HR performance Co-operation on projects (e.g. analysis of employee data to assess the diversity in the company and development of KPIs to measure progress in relation to diversity objectives, implementation of salary benchmarks)
