As a customer service consultant at our Munich location, you are the central contact person for customers in the service sector – for the first time within the framework of a parental-time representative until probably February 2028 – and provide competent, friendly and solution-oriented support. In this function, you strengthen customer satisfaction, support the branch team in sales and organizational tasks and contribute to the further development of internal processes and processes. In this task you take over: Customer service & advice: the competent, friendly and solution-oriented advice of customers on offerings of the basic business as well as the processing of personal and telephone services. Sales support & event management: participation in events, trade fairs and regional actions as well as the support of the branch team in sales and organizational tasks.
