Your tasks:

Take these challenges

• Individually responsible handling of customer orders
• Internal planning of order processing in close cooperation with adjacent specialist departments
• Customer contact:in the ordering and order processing process at national and international level
• Check and collect invoices
• Processing of complaints
• Implementation of general administrative tasks
• Development and co-design of process processes

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed commercial training or business studies
• Professional experience in the sales service or in order processing
• Secure handling of MS Office and a common ERP system
• Very good German knowledge and good English skills
• Knowledge of export and customs formalities is desirable
• Self-employed working and strong sales and customer orientation
