Specialist (m/w/d) Presentation Desk

The “Presentation Desk” team is located in the CIO area and is responsible for the translation of FERI investment strategies and investment funds in concise, professionally prepared product presentations. In addition, the team develops tailor-made investment proposals for institutional and private investors, creates high-quality pitch documents and takes over the cross-disciplinary coordination of RfPs. As part of the Strategy, Solutions & Markets unit in the Investment Office, the Asset Management Expertise team combines strong analysis and visualization competencies and thus makes a decisive contribution to the convincing presentation of our investment competence.

Translation of complex investment strategies into clear, structured and convincing product presentations for different target groups Creating tailor-made investment proposals for institutional investors and private investors (UHNWI) in close coordination with internal departments Development and preparation of documents for customer appointments, institutional roadshows and investor days Cross-disciplinary coordination and processing of RfPs, including collection and coordination of relevant information Accompanying product innovations across all nine asset classes – from the first idea to the conceptual and visual design to the market launch Continuous development of presentation standards and processes to ensure efficiency, consistency and effectiveness Ensuring a uniform, concise and high-quality representation of our investment ideas and funds to internal and external stakeholders

Successfully completed studies in economics or comparable bank-specific training with corresponding training At least two years of professional experience in the financial industry or consulting, with a focus on asset management or in the wider context of financial services Funded knowledge of financial markets and products and a strong understanding of capital market issues Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word, as well as excellent PowerPoint skills for creating professional presentations Very good German knowledge (C2) in word and writing Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with high design competence Self-contained, structured and extremely careful operation with high quality standards Embossed communication and team skills
