Facility Manager Building and Site Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Central responsibility for the operational facility management of an established SGS location – in close cooperation with experienced colleagues Ensuring reliable and efficient operation of all technical facility systems, including electrical, ventilation and water management, as well as the organisation and monitoring of maintenance and inspection measures active control of construction and renovation projects from planning to implementation to technical acceptance, including budget and cost responsibility Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and development and implementation of practical emergency and crisis concepts Construction and control of a reliable network of external service providers and contractors Maintenance and further development of the technical location and plant documentation Identification and implementation of energy efficiency, sustainability and continuous improvement of site infrastructure active participation in the multi-headed location management team and contribution to the long-term development of the site

completed training in facility management or a comparable technical qualification Professional experience in complex organizational structures with different internal and external interfaces Experience in project management and management of technical projects structured, responsible and team-oriented working pronounced hand-on mentality and pragmatic solution approach very good German knowledge (min. C1 level)
