You contribute to the processing of commercial themes of a new building contract, for example when drawing up payment plans and monitoring payments, guarantees and insurance. As the first contact person for commercial topics, you are available to the customer, all other stakeholders of the project, the overall project management, the line manager and the management. In addition, you work with the creation of offers and calculations. You support the processing and monitoring of customer and shareholder contracts and the design of the contract. Your task also includes the creation of internal budgeting of orders, as well as the support of the project controlling in the number-controlled execution of orders. You will also support in the handling of internal revenue distributions and in all associated intercompany situations.

University degree (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree.
