As an expert in technical support, you take care and processing of customer requests around our OpenLS6000 factory and building control system – from operation to programming. Your analytical skills are in demand: They limit software error images, analyze them and work closely with our development department to find fast and sustainable solutions. Their creativity is shown in customized solutions: They develop customised system adaptations and implement them together with our customers. Through your training, you make our customers fit for the efficient use of our systems and are a competent contact person. Your quality orientation ensures that you can guarantee the highest standards as part of system tests and quality assurances and identify and implement sustainable improvements in the system.
