System development & architecture: You are responsible for the design, design and continuous optimization of mechatronic filling and dosing systems. You work along clearly defined requirements and design controls and ensure complete risk and test traceability. Mechanical functional assemblies: You develop high-precision, media-contact functional assemblies in hygienic design and aseptic design according to GMP. You are responsible for robust metering mechanisms, reliable temperature control, mature sealing concepts as well as a production-oriented and tolerance-proof design. Fluidics, Pneumatics & Control: You design flow control, pressure and flow control and integrierst sensor systems, actuators, valves and pumps in stable, safe control and control circuits for pharmaceutical, aseptic processes. Digital development & documentation: You work with model-based 3D engineering approaches and PLM-based development processes. You create and maintain R&I-Schemata, P&IDs, specifications and function sequences and ensure consistent configuration and change management. Process Engineering & Simulation: You address process and fluid simulations to ensure flow behavior, temperature dynamics and metering accuracy. On this basis, you conduct stressful design and tolerance decisions. Testing & verification: You design and automate test rigs, plan and perform function, performance and long-term tests until the final standard. You can also share reviews, risk analysis and validation activities. Interfaces & implementation: You work closely with design, automation, electrical engineering, software, simulation/testing, manufacturing, quality and service, explaining technical issues with internal and external partners as well as suppliers.

Technical qualification: You have completed your studies in process engineering, mechatronics, medical technology, systems engineering or mechanical engineering. Competence in mechatronic development: You bring deep experience in the development of mechanical functional assemblies for aseptic pharmaceutical applications, including the highest hygiene and GMP standards, as well as precise dosing and functional requirements. Technical knowledge in fluid technology & regulation: You have knowledge of fluid technology, pneumatics and control technology and have experience in the integration of regulated mechatronic systems. Digital engineering expertise: You master CAD/CAE tools, have experience with process and fluid simulations as well as PLM-based development processes. Requirements, verification and validation processes are familiar to you. Working & team skills: You work analytically and structured, communicate clearly and are team-oriented. You can use your hand-on mentality in particular in the test and test stand environment. Regulated environment (probably): experience in the regulated environment and audit-proof documentation is a plus.
