Your tasks: You are responsible for the maintenance of our engineering works in Baden-Württemberg – with inspection, maintenance and repair of the buildings, always according to current standards and regulations With your team of 10 dedicated employees, you are responsible for the smooth and safe operation of engineering structures in the regional area You are a leader and develop your team and your colleagues: both professionally and personally With a spirit of innovation, you identify optimization potentials for organization and life cycle costs to successfully develop our maintenance and investment strategy In addition, you collect and communicate regional key figures and control variables, creating transparency for employees and management – your analyses form the basis of our success

Your profile: A successfully completed study as a civil engineer:in, architect:in or comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the field of repair and maintenance of engineering structures, including sound knowledge in inspection and assessment Competences in the relevant regulations (DIN 1076, DB Ril 804) as well as safe handling of technology and organization Leadership with passion for further development – ideally with already acquired experience in leadership Communication strength and structured approach that lets you understand complex issues for different target groups Analytical thinking, team spirit and the ability to make even complicated tasks clear and solution-oriented
