Complete university studies in the fields of architecture or civil engineering or comparable qualifications Professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage; it is also possible for cross-comers:inside with experience in the construction and project management You have user knowledge of RIB iTWO and MS Office skills First experiences with BIM applications are desirable (ideally Revit) Knowledge of the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB) of advantage Technical and economic understanding and sense of responsibility Negotiating skills and enforcement Ready-to-use, team skills and an independent, committed and careful way of working complete your profile
