Software developer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You analyze, design and develop multi-layered, demanding application systems for our product development together with your colleagues.
• Create software concepts and develop the software of our product with customer-specific processes and environments
• You implement customer-oriented software solutions and requirements with special attention to the specialist functionality
• You advise on the decision making of technical and technical design decisions
• You agree with internal and external cross-sectional areas, such as the department and our insurance customers,

Your qualification

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, a successfully completed training as a specialist (all genders) or a comparable qualification
• Know-how and experience in Java and software development of Webservices (SOAP, REST)
• Secure handling of Eclipse, Git and build management tools such as Maven or Gradle as well as knowledge in the field of application development (e.g. Java EE, Spring Boot, Angular, Wildfly)
• A pronounced IT affinity, technical curiosity and a good understanding of relationships and processes
• ownership, creativity and openness; Joy of work in the team and good knowledge of German and English

Software development

• We accompany your start with a multi-day onboarding program in the first year. In addition, a specialist in the field is available for all your questions during your time of incorporation into the challenging and varied topics.
• Do you not only want to apply but also design and contribute to the process optimization of the largest private insurers with your work? Then you are right with us! We are looking for employees who bring their own ideas and impulses - be it in our work processes or software solutions.
• We value flexible working time models and individual solutions, which is why we offer this position both in full time and in part time (from 30 hours/week). In your application, please specify the extent to which you want to start with us. In addition, we enable mobile work, so that we can work both at our locations and remotely (about 50% home office).
