Infrastructural Facility Management Clerk for our Facility Management Division (m/f/d)

In this position, you play a central role in the operational management of infrastructural services and contribute significantly to smooth building operation. Their tasks include in particular: Organisation, control and monitoring of infrastructural services in the building stock (e.g. maintenance, security services, postal and courier services and other services) Coordination and support of external service providers, including coordination of performance content, time tracking and consistent quality control Ensuring the contractually agreed services by regular testing, documentation and tracking Examination of proof of performance and participation in invoice processing Processing of faults, deficiencies and special requirements as well as active control of deficiencies Support in the preparation and implementation of tenders and awards of infrastructural services Maintenance and management of contracts, data and documents in the relevant systems Close coordination with users, internal areas of expertise and other interfaces to ensure demand-oriented building operation

You have at least three-year, completed commercial or administrative vocational training (e.g. administrative specialist, businessman for office management, real estate businessman) or a comparable qualification, ideally with training as a specialist facility management. In addition to a basic understanding of infrastructural services (including cleaning, security services, logistic services), you have already gained professional experience in building management, facility management, or service management. A structured, independent and reliable way of working as well as very good organizational skills are your personal characteristics, as well as enforcement ability and sense of responsibility for controlling external service providers, communication strength and safe occurrence in dealing with internal and external contact persons. Very good knowledge of German, safe handling of MS Office as well as the willingness to be incorporated into specialist systems were required. Knowledge of public procurement law is advantageous.
