Your working day with us is versatile and connects goods organization, order processing and customer contact: You accept goods, control them and store them and take over loading and unloading with the forklift. You assemble customer orders, prepare pickups and hand goods to private customers and craft businesses. You keep in mind deliveries, collections, stocks and returns and ensure that open processes are processed reliably. You order goods and recherchierst products, prices and delivery times. After appropriate processing, you will receive offers, order confirmations and other tasks in order processing. You accept telephone and personal customer requests and are contact for our customers. With increasing product knowledge, you are increasingly supporting in customer consulting and also taking on your own advice later. You can also participate in trade fairs and events as well as in the design and development of our exhibition.

You like to work with people and go open and friendly to customers. You work reliably, carefully and quickly. You organize yourself and keep track of different tasks. You are sure to deal with numbers and quantities and, of course, work on the PC. You can search for open questions on your own and you can reliably search the information you need. You are interested in getting to know our products and constantly building expertise. You take responsibility for your tasks and keep an eye on open processes until completion. You're practically predisposed and ready to pack physically. Professional experience from warehouses, logistics, crafts, building materials trade, sale or a commercial area is of advantage, but no requirement. Cross-comers are expressly welcome. A truck license is advantageous. If you don't have one, you can buy it from us. Interest in rooms and design as well as a good feel for colors and materials are also advantageous. With increasing experience, you can also develop yourself in the area of customer consulting, design and 3D bathroom planning.
