Consultant for our Cloud SaaS HR Software for Time Management (m/f/d)

Within the Discovery Phase, you will conduct request workshops with our customers: You analyze and evaluate HR processes and derive system configurations - always taking into account collective agreements and working time models You implement data migration and interface connection of Payroll/HR systems You configure workflows, forms and dashboards You accompany our customers: in the UAT phase and Hypercare phase and carry out appropriate training

You already have experience in configuring complex SaaS HR systems (workflows access rights), including interface connection API and sFTP configurations Ideally, you also already have knowledge of working time models, tariff law & master data management Experience with change management in HR projects is advantageous Customer and solution orientation are at the heart of your action, with self-responsible work and team skills for you being self-evident You can communicate safely and professionally both in German (mind. C1) and in English, even in complex technical situations
