My client is a medium-sized company with group commitment and focus on sustainable, future-oriented production. The site combines the entrepreneurial mobility of an independent operating company with the strategic stability of a strong group of companies.

In the course of further professionalization and integration we are looking for a charismatic, guided and design-friendly personality as a commercial management (m/w/d). You assume the overall responsibility for all commercial areas at the location, including controlling, accounting, purchasing and IT You develop forward-looking, meaningful reporting and ensure reliable financial management, from budget planning to forecasts to liquidity management You create monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB (optional IFRS) and work closely with the Group Holding You implement strategic initiatives, pay attention to compliance with group-wide standards and actively accompany transformation processes In close cooperation with the technical management, you act as bridge builders between different disciplines and interests

You have a successfully completed business studies or a comparable academic qualification You bring several years of experience in a responsible commercial management function – ideally in a manufacturing company with a corporate bond You have a secure sense of numbers, processes and relationships – and understand how to translate them into structured, entrepreneurially sustainable decisions You have already gained experience in handling HGB (optional IFRS) financial statements, budget processes, IT systems and integration of ERP solutions You combine strategic vision with hands-on mentality and keep a clear head even in challenging situations
