successfully completed studies in the field of business / IT or equivalent qualification as well as several years of experience as Application Owner, Consultant or Application Manager in the SaaS environment Ability to translate technical requirements into technical solutions, as well as profound experience with cloud-based solutions and SaaS architectures technical understanding of integrations, APIs and system architectures as well as experience with REST APIs and API testing tools (e.g. Postman) basic knowledge of software development (e.g. integrations, scripting) and understanding of data models and system-wide dependencies SQL identifiers as well as experience with relational database systems basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and good understanding of Microsoft Entra (or comparable technologies) excellent analytical skills and a high level of problem-solving competence as well as experience in support environment and in exchange with software manufacturers very good German knowledge (min.
