You are responsible, controlling, optimizing and developing the processes of emergency call and other services in the field of expertise, for example in the area of living with service. You bear the business and strategic responsibility for your area of expertise. You guide the specialists and executives of the services you have provided, professionally and disciplinaryly. You represent your specialist professionally and represent our interests to authorities, cost-beneficiaries and partners.

You have a qualification (training/study). You have well-founded expertise and relevant professional and management experience. You are characterized by an independent, very structured and loyal way of working. You think customer and sales oriented. You convince with a very high motivation as well as a pronounced communication and conflictability. You bring time flexibility and readiness to travel within the regional association. You have a motivating leadership style and a pronounced communication strength.
