Here you will find management, development and cross-sectional teams for the existing core system including online services for our insurers as well as project management and teams for our ongoing agile large project to modernise our applications. We work in a matrix organization consisting of line and (project)delivery organization. In this role, as Director of the Department, you will lead the “competence pool for IT system development” and will be responsible for the personnel and competence management for our agile product and software development. Our experts from agile product management and control, software architecture and development, test and DevOps engineering are bundled in the pool of competencies. This allows you to create important conditions for efficient and innovative IT system development of digital products and processes in the delivery organization.
