As a supervisor in the breakfast team, you are responsible for the smooth running of the breakfast service with your colleagues and, together with your team, ensure a first-class start to the day of our guests. You represent the service philosophy of our house and create special experiences with attention to detail and real hospitality. Your tasks: Head of the breakfast team in the absence of the breakfast line Welcome, place and support our international guests Control of the buffet for cleanliness and completeness Ensuring sufficient mice en place Service team support Implement new employees and trainees Control and ensure compliance with all hygiene and HACCP standards Preparation of restaurant for lunch or evening service

EIne Training in the hotel or restaurant compartment or alternatively service experience in an elevated environment First leadership experience of advantage Friendly, well-kept and courteous appearance at the guest and in the team Eye for details and quality Advanced German and other language skills
