The Café QWERTZ is uniquely located in the castle's castle and combines historical atmosphere with modern kitchen. Our goal is to offer our guests quality, freshness and hospitality at a high level – both in the daily café and in events and celebrations.

Your tasks

• Preparation and presentation of food in the à la carte business
• With design and further development of our menu
• ensuring the quality and freshness of the products used
• Compliance with hygiene requirements according to HACCP
• acceptance, control and professional storage
• Organization of your own post and support in the kitchen team
• participation in events and special events
• Renification and cleanliness of the kitchen

Your profile / qualifications

• Completed training as Koch/Köchin or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in gastronomy (Brasserie) of advantage
• Passion for fresh, regional and seasonal cuisine
• Creativity and quality awareness
• Self-employed, structured and reliable operation
• Teamability and loadability
• Flexibility and readiness for weekend and holiday work
• Good knowledge of German
