To strengthen our team in Hamburg, we are looking for a part-time time of 32 hours: Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Processing of applications and certifications Editing student and lecture requests for examination Last repetition tests Administrative supervision of audits Documentation of individual and flat-rate recognitions and calculations Exmatrikulations Sheet music Administration of internships and practical semesters Administration of semester-accompanying services Examination planning and implementation Creating and maintaining information documents such as guides and schedules

Business experience ideally in the university organization Experience in project management Very good MS Office knowledge IT-Affinity Language knowledge: German (mind. C1 level)
