You are a direct contact person and expert advisor for all customer requests in the spare parts business and assemble customer-specific spare parts packages You are responsible for the costing, creation and tracking of spare parts offerings including order processing and complete order processing In addition, you design custom spare parts packages They take over the interdepartmental communication for clarification of technical and commercial matters and coordination with suppliers The organisation and implementation of sales activities complete your task profile

You have a technical vocational training with a commercial background or vice versa or have a comparable qualification You have experience in spare parts service or maintenance, service and/or sales in machine and plant engineering, at best in intralogistics They are safe to use the current MS Office products and bring SAP knowledge You have experiences in handling CRM systems You have knowledge of German and good English in word and writing They are service- and service-oriented and have good communication skills You are a team player, dedicated, conscientious and responsible
