As part of our dedicated team of 6 colleagues, you take over the project management of urban planning measures and keep all project threads in your hands – from appointment and process coordination to professional coordination with external offices. The support of construction planning procedures, urban competitions and refurbishment areas is also part of your task. With far-sightedness and Macher mentality, you are launching projects – for example from the application for the SE III refurbishment area to measures in the city centre, to the introduction of a pre-purchase statute. In doing so, you not only ensure important funding, but also ensure that good ideas can have a significant impact. Whether PV free areas, parking space management or center development: Your projects create sustainable changes in the city and the suburbs. Perspectively, you also perform tasks in public relations. With your high level of responsibility and organizational talent, you actively contribute to our #teamstadtherrenberg, keeps complex urban development projects in sight and participate in our attitude. Structured thinking and a clear look for the essence shape your working style. You are going to tackle challenges in a solution-oriented and proactive manner, are open to new ways and are committed to working with different partners. Communicative skills, analytical thinking and team spirit make you the bridge between internal areas, specialist offices, funding centres and political bodies. With your safe and binding appearance, your negotiation skills and ideally well-founded project management skills – or the willingness to acquire them independently – you can independently introduce topics to the board, present them convincingly and make complex processes understandable for all parties involved. Your profile is rounded off by a completed bachelor's degree in urban and regional planning, spatial planning, architecture / urban planning, public management or administrative sciences with an affinity on topics of sustainable urban development, as well as ideally first experiences in project coordination or Project management.
