Foreman Track Construction - Special Civil Engineering / Railway Construction (m/f/d)

You coordinate the operations of our ground-bound drilling and ramming equipment (ground start-up train) on site and take all necessary measures to ensure the economic success of the construction project You are the first contact person for your own team, control their deployment and ensure a smooth, secure construction site run You represent our company sovereignly to co-contractors:inside, contracting entities:inside and public authorities directly at the construction site You monitor performance quality, construction times and material use and report deviations early to the construction line

You have a completed vocational training as a specialist training provider:in or a comparable qualification. At best, you have a further training for the foreman:in or polish:in specialized low-level construction You bring at least 3 years, relevant professional practice in specialized deep construction, ideally with reference to the railway or track environment You have proven leadership experience in the management and motivation of construction site teams You have secure knowledge of German in word and writing (C1 level) as well as safe handling of construction site documentation and execution plans You have a valid class B driver's license, unrestricted readiness to travel within Germany as well as a pronounced organizational and enforcement ability You have a solution-oriented way of thinking and action, keep an overview even in complex challenges and have the pleasure to actively participate in building our growing business area
