F&B Manager (m/f/d)

MORADA Hotels & Resorts is a division of SKAN-TOURS Touristik International GmbH, headquartered in Isenbüttel near Gifhorn. Our hotel chain with 10 hotels in Germany currently has approximately 1,500 rooms in the 3-star to 4-star+ category. Our chain includes the MORADA Hotel Isetal in Gifhorn (Südheide). It has 137 rooms, several event rooms up to 400 people, a pronounced event area as well as sauna, solarium, fitness room etc.

Host and contact for our guests. Leading a team with employees including trainees. Creating shift and holiday plans. Introducing new employees and implementing internal training measures. In agreement with the hotel management, you will develop offers and drinks cards as well as the associated costings. Check stocks and trigger orders. Implementation and reprocessing of monthly inventory. Close cooperation with our other departments.

You have completed training in the gastronomy or hotel industry as well as relevant professional experience. You are the host and always a competent contact for our guests and for your team. Their work is characterized by a high level of responsibility and cost awareness. You offer friendliness, expertise and can also prove first experiences in the leadership of a team. You have a well-kept appearance, keep a cool head in case of a strong work attack and have a sense of the wishes of our guests. You have good IT skills and are familiar with the workflows of a hotel chain with central management. You have a pronounced “hands-on” mentality. With your advice, expertise and friendliness, you will delight our guests.
