– as part of a tariff-fixed remuneration according to AVR-Caritas (compensation group 4a) - As a social institution, the Maltesers are faced with the continuous task of leading their offers economically stable and at the same time developing them in a sustainable manner. As a farmer (m/w/d), you will ensure that economic developments can be recognized at an early stage, comprehended figures and made informed decisions. Together with the management and departments, you create transparency and support the sustainable development of our offers. The Malteser Hilfsdienst is looking for a dedicated personality as a farmer (m/w/d) in full time for the district and the diocese of Hamburg.

Economics & analysis You analyse the economic development of our services and facilities on the basis of economic indicators, budgets and forecasts and, together with those responsible, take appropriate measures You identify needs for action at an early stage, analyse deviations and bring concrete solutions together with those responsible. Processes and reporting You provide lean, reliable controlling and financial processes and continuously develop these You create transparency through meaningful reporting, economic evaluations and key figures analyses and accompany the annual financial statements Advice and cooperation You advise our services on commercial issues, budget planning, calculations, economic analysis and business assessments You connect the relevant interfaces – in particular to our centralized accounting and regional controlling – and ensure smooth exchange

Expertise & Experience You have a completed business studies or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance/controlling You bring several years of experience in controlling, finance or in a comparable commercial function with controlling responsibility – ideally in social or healthcare Control & analysis competence You think business and control budgets, forecasts and business performance indicators securely You prepare complex facts addressable and create sound basis for decisions Cooperation and responsibility You bring the willingness to take responsibility for the success of the organization You are working trustfully with management, controlling, accounting and operational units Personality & Working You work structured, solution-oriented and with a high degree of reliability You communicate clearly and create transparency – even in complex topics Values & attitude You identify with the aims and values of a Christian institution You understand economic action and social responsibility as a joint mission Curious?
