Strengthen families. Community. Make sense. The family refurbishment of the Diözese Rottenburg-Stuttgart e. V. (FEW) is the carrier of three non-profit family holiday villages with around 750 beds. As a specialist association of the Diocesan Caritas Association and part of the family pastoral work of the Diocese, we create places where families – especially in challenging situations of life – can breathe up and experience community . As a board member, you will design the future of the FEW – at the interface of church, society and tourism. You bear responsibility for the strategic and economic management of the three family holiday villages and lead employees in a culture of trust and appreciation. Your focal points include: Further development of the FEW’s content and social profile with a view to sustainability, education and family history General responsibility for finance, quality and operational management Public Relations, Fundraising and Network Care in Church, Social Affairs, Politics and Tourism

Management experience, ideally in the church, social or tourist area Entrepreneurial thinking, communication strength and strategic sense Identification with the order of the Caritas and the Catholic Church
