You take over the individual development and leadership of your employees You are responsible for the capacity planning and strategic orientation of the department Good customer relationships are important to you, so through targeted measures you ensure high customer satisfaction and a lasting customer retention As a manager, you can communicate and check the project levels and compliance with the rules and processes. You have a successfully completed, scientific university degree (uni-diplom/master) in the field of civil engineering, architecture, technical building equipment, electrical engineering, real estate management, law or a comparable discipline or You have a successfully completed university degree (Bachelor/FH diploma) of the above mentioned disciplines and are already grouped in the function of the BLB NRW of a permanent deputy department management or department management and at least in the E14 according to TV‐L or A14 according to LBesO A. Further requirements: You have at least 2 years of professional experience in public service and have proven to have deepened legal knowledge in real estate law or Construction and Architectural Law and/or Contract Law Ideally, you can demonstrate first leadership experience You bring extensive experience in handling demanding customers with Cross-departmental action is of course for you. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E13 Group to the E15 TV‐L (approximately 65.000,00 € – approx. € 94.100,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 15 LBesO A.
