ROHRDORFER is a medium-sized company in the building materials industry with over 2000 employees. In Germany, Austria, South Tyrol and Hungary, transport concrete, sand and gravel are also won at more than 140 locations. Alpine rock, moved and shaped by water and ice. The Sand and Kies Germany division comprises 12 locations and employs more than 100 employees.

Projektleiter (m/w/x)

After a comprehensive introduction, you take on the operational management step by step and develop as a regional manager for your region:

Project & Approval Management: You develop independently exciting projects in the Sand and Kies division and manage the associated approval procedures. Designing the future: You actively support the planning and implementation of investment measures and maintain our facilities through predictive repair concepts. Market in view: Through clever market observation, you can identify trends and potentials at an early stage. Regional management perspective: You grow through the acquisition of projects into the operational management of a region in Upper Bavaria with several works. Responsibility & leadership: You ensure the qualitative and economic production of your works and guide the team on site motivatingly and at eye level.

Foundation training: You have a degree in engineering (e.g. raw material engineering, process engineering, civil engineering) or a comparable qualification or Training. First insights: First professional experience in our industry (e.g. through practical semesters or internships) is a big plus. Strong personality: You are characterized by target orientation, communication strength and a healthy portion of enforcement capability. Macher mentality: Own initiative and the willingness to make clear decisions round off your profile.
