Commercial management of residential and commercial properties Monitoring of rental payments, dunning and receivable management commissioning of technical measures for minor repairs and renovations Implementation of housing transfers, withdrawals and visits settlement and tracking of insurance damage Creation of heating and ancillary cost accounting (cost accounting) Deposit and risk management Maintenance of master data in the EDV Purchase processing of new objects and support in transaction management Project development cooperation

Completed training as a real estate businessman/wife, ideally studying the real estate industry Mind. 3 years of experience in property management Loan rights knowledge and structured working methods Strong communication and interaction skills High responsibility, reliability and self-initiative Organizational and very good time management Proactive, independent and flexible operation Loadability in a dynamic environment Trustworthiness and loyalty Safe handling of MS Office and digital affinity
