EPMO Program Manager (m/w/d) - part-time 50%

So we are looking for: Responsible management and supervision of assigned programs and management of larger projects taking into account quality, cost and time targets Consulting Business Stakeholders & Management for the best possible implementation of programs, including the development of risk mitigation and problem-solving strategies and support in creating business cases Supporting the establishment of an EPMO structure and active advancement of further optimization in cooperation with the Portfolio Management (PPM) and Key Stakeholder Project Establishing an appropriate program governance and ensuring the proper functioning of all governance mechanisms Supporting the disciplines to advance results and activities, to eliminate obstacles and to address risks/problems if necessary Ensure that all sub-projects of the programme are carried out on time, in accordance with the budget and in the agreed quality, including regular status reports Implementation of a cross-Company management so that all project-related dependencies, operational activities and external units that can influence the program are identified and managed mentoring and coaching the project management staff assigned to the program, focusing on project management processes and methods

First experience in managing programs and projects, ideally common PM certification Experience in the pharmaceutical environment or healthcare desirable First leadership experience in a matrix organization with multidisciplinary teams, as well as in negotiations and conflict management Experience in the development and control of program/project budgets and cost information, as well as in the creation of action plans for resource distribution Good moderation skills and safe communication in German and English Pleasure of systematic work, analytical and conceptual skills combined with pragmatism and “Hands-on” mentality Experience in the application of PM tools, ideally Planisware Orchestra, and M365 applications
