Pedagogical Assistant (m/w/d) - Production

full time.

Your tasks

Pedagogical care:You take care of the individual promotion, support and assistance of people with mental disabilities. In addition, you actively control the production workflows and contribute to a structured daily routine. In addition, you offer work-related measures in small groups.

Relationships:They work in an interdisciplinary team and contribute to a holistic support of our employees through professional exchange.

*Responsibility: *Your organizational design is in demand, because participation design, documentation and the creation of development reports are also your tasks.

Your profile

Qualifications:They have completed training as an educator, Ergotherapist*in or in a craft occupation, ideally complemented by a special educational qualification.
