On behalf of our client, HAPEKO is looking for a commercial real estate manager / real estate account holder (m/w/d) in a permanent position. Our client is an owner-stamped real estate company with a long-term ownership of commercial and residential real estate. The versatile portfolio includes logistics and commercial areas as well as residential properties. Commercial and technical management is carried out by a small team with short decision-making and high self-responsibility. In the course of the further development of the real estate management, we are looking for a dedicated personality, which looks after its own part of the real estate stock and develops it independently. You combine real estate management, financial accounting and the care of the tenants.

You come from the commercial real estate administration and bring a good understanding of numbers and accounting? Or are you financial accountants and know the peculiarities of the real estate industry?

Own commercial support of part of the real estate stock Current financial accounting including debitors, creditors and reminders Creation of side and operating expenses Processing of commercial operating expenses in cooperation with an external calculator Examination of lease contracts, in particular with regard to the reimbursability of costs Contact for tenants in commercial and organizational questions Coordination of related topics with internal technical building management and external service providers Perspective cooperation in the digitization and development of processes and systems

Commercial training, for example as a real estate businessman/wife, tax specialist or comparable qualification Experience in commercial real estate management or financial accounting with sound real estate Knowledge of operating and auxiliary cost accounting Ideally experience with commercial properties and commercial operating cost accounting Good understanding of rental contracts and property related issues Self-employed, structured and careful working High level of reliability, discretion and trustworthiness Rilion identifiers are advantageous, but no compelling requirement
