Assistentin / Assistent Transaction Advisory Services (m/f/d)

You support our team of tax advisors, auditors and lawyers and work in interdisciplinary teams You are an important part of our M&A team and support especially for purchase price calculations, due diligence audits and the creation of investment memo margins You start financial models, corporate, real estate and brand assessments on the basis of standard/legal procedures, fairness opinion, etc. You conduct business analysis and support operations and strategic business decisions

You have successfully completed a Master's degree in Economics with focus on finance, assessment, accounting or controlling You can handle Excel and PowerPoint very well You are open, eager and like to work in the team
