Expert E-Learning Conception and Implementation (m/f/d)

You design, develop and implement digital and analogue learning formats as well as training documents and take into account didactic, methodical, technical and visual requirements as well as the corporate objectives in sales. You develop standards for different learning formats, develop new digital learning solutions and actively shape a future-oriented and efficient learning environment. You will start knowledge tests, participant surveys and evaluations, evaluate the results and initiate concrete measures to continuously improve learning content and formats. Analyze and optimise existing processes for the development of learning formats, provide technical feedback in product developments and ensure a professional know-how transfer within the organization. You carry out training activities, train-the-trainer and overhead formats, support calls and manage the organization and administration of learning units in the SABA and Elefun learning management systems. You develop guides for skills training and special topics, train e-learning writers from our service partners, coach them and carry them professionally and independently special tasks.

You have a professional training course or a comparable area, and you have several years of professional experience. You have didactic and methodological skills as well as at least three years of experience in adult education and have the pleasure of communicating knowledge according to the target groups. Ideally, you have experience in dealing with e-learning auto tools, in particular producers, as well as graphic programs, and you have knowledge in dealing with learning management systems, preferably SABA. You have industry-specific or project-specific knowledge, for example in the field of texting, call center or project management, and move safely into digital learning and work environments. You work safely with Microsoft Office applications and process-oriented IT systems; a speaker training is also welcome You are convinced by team spirit, creativity, implementation strength, communication and contact skills as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working. You bring your own initiative, flexibility, advanced English skills (min. Level B2), a class B driving licence and readiness to travel.
