Overall responsibility for accounting, controlling and the further development of group-wide financial management Ensuring proper accounting according to HGB and responsibility for monthly and annual accounts Building and developing a modern budget, reporting and forecasting system. Control of cash flow, liquidity and investments in the dynamic business environment Development and implementation of a professional financial strategy including KPIs and basis of decision Active participation in restructuring in a holding structure Monitoring and implementation of the elimination of individual business units in GmbHs (including tax and legal coordination) Building an intercompany-compliant financial architecture, including cash pooling, group reporting and transfer pricing models Leadership and further development of the teams Accounting & Controlling Cooperation with tax advisors, auditors, banks and authorities Digitization and optimization of financial processes, systems and data structures Close cooperation with the management of strategic and operational decisions

Lower degree in the field of BWL, Finance, Accounting, Controlling or comparable Multiannual financial management experience (booking & controlling) Very good knowledge in the HGB and in the production of monthly and annual accounts Experience in building teams, structures and financial processes Expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting and Liquidity Management Experience in holding structures, GmbH breakdowns or comparable reorganisation processes Safe handling of tax advisors, auditors and banks High analytical competence and pronounced process understanding Entrepreneurial thinking, enforcement strength and sovereign appearance Communication strength and ability to make complex topics understandable
