As part of the global HR Transformation, HR processes and the associated system landscape are redesigned in Germany. The German roll-out is closely linked with global teams, local stakeholders (e.g. legal entities, operations, legal) and external implementation partners. A special focus is on remuneration-relevant topics (paryroll/gross pay determination) and on ensuring a stable and functional payroll after dissolving the existing systems. As an intern*in, you support the project team in analysis, coordination and documentation tasks related to the end-to-end process architecture. These challenges await you: Support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops (Agenda, participant lists, logs, results documentation) Working with the analysis and documentation of end-to-end HR processes (e.g. process overviews, requirements, interfaces) Maintenance and structuring of project documents (e.g. status overviews, placements, decision and action lists) Support in the coordination between workstreams (e.g. PMO, Technical Lead, Global Functional Teams) by preparing information and follow-ups Research and processing of information on topics in the project context (e.g. terms, process steps, open points) Support in the design and implementation of test and enablement measures Using the identification and tracking of risks, dependencies and open points The activity can begin from August 2026.

BWL, Business Psychology, (economic) informatics, HR/Personal Management or comparable Interest in HR processes, process design and transformation projects Structured, careful and reliable operation Very good communication and team skills; safe in dealing with different contact persons Good analytical understanding and the ability to understand complex content Secure handling of MS Office (in particular PowerPoint and Excel); Experience with collaboration tools (e.g. teams/SharePoint) is desirable Very good German knowledge and good English skills Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
