Site Manager Electrical Engineering - Building Technology / Building Services (m/f/d)

You take over the technical management and control of electrotechnical projects in close cooperation with the project management You are responsible for the professional execution at the construction site regarding quality, dates, costs, commissioning and acceptance You run and coordinate larger assembly teams as well as several after-contractors and ensure smooth construction workflow You work with complex execution and detail planning, control changes and participate in project, construction and coordination meetings You monitor work security, quality standards and compliance with all contractual, legal and project-specific requirements You create and control fine-term, resource and deployment plans, performance levels, scales, billing and project documentation

You have a completed and recognized electrotechnical training in Germany, e.g. as an electronic (m/w/d) for energy and building technology, ideally with technical or master's degree You have already gained first experience in the management of construction sites You have knowledge of DIN and VDE regulations, VOB Part B/C as well as in dealing with performance descriptions and contractors You bring experience in leading larger teams and managing multiple entrepreneurs You work structured, high-speed and keep an overview even with high project complexity You have the rating of class B
