Consolidation tasks within the framework of the SPIE GSA group, which is growing strongly by Bold-On acquisitions, with > 100 companies / approx. 4 billion Turnover Completion of the monthly partial consolidated financial statements (IFRS) of the SPIE GSA Group in close cooperation with the subsidiaries and the Group headquarters in France Plausibility of the monthly reporting data of the subsidiaries and their support in data reporting Implementation of balance sheet analyses and verification of KPIs Implementation of initial consolidation as part of the Purchase Price Allocation (Marke, Contracts, Customer Relations) / Goodwill calculations as well as supervision of final processes with a view to compliance with deadlines and content requirements Accompanying intra-group restructuring in Group Reporting (Merger etc.) Integration of new companies into external reporting (including conversion HGB to IFRS / optimization final processes) Participation in special topics and cross-departmental projects Contact person:in for internal stakeholders:inside and auditors:inside

Studies in economics, ideally with the focus on accounting / group accounting, or comparable commercial training with further education as an international accounting officer:in. Professional experience from the audit (Big Four environment) of advantage Multiannual experience in consolidated accounting, including experience in initial and deconsolidation Funded IAS/IFRS as well as HGB identifiers mandatory Knowledge of SAP ERP systems and in particular the consolidation software Tagetik (knowledge of further ERP systems of advantage) Embossed communication and team skills as well as independent working Cross-disciplinary, process-oriented thinking and action Good English knowledge of word and writing
