A full-time employee (m/w/d) is requested for our financial department to support commercial management.

Control of monthly financial accounting including Creation of sales tax forecasts and ZM – reports Participation in economic analyses and evaluations Preparatory accounts for the tax advisor Creation and transmission of statistical reports to authorities Contact person for tax advisers, tax office, health insurance companies and accident insurance companies Accompanying audits by financial authorities Planning and implementation of payment transactions in Germany and abroad Supporting the on- and off-boarding process in human resources Recruiting and Human Resources Support Preparation of employment contracts, terminations and cancellation contracts Mtl. Wages and salaries

Complete vocational training in the field of finance or multiannual professional experience Very good knowledge of DATEV pro (invoice and payroll) and MS Office Reliable and exact operation Communication and team skills, loyalty and entrepreneurial thinking Own initiative and proactive work setting
